Neil became a Christian in his late teens and trained for pastoral ministry in his twenties. He has worked in a variety of pastoral setting both inside and outside the church. He currently serves a local church as Pastor alongside working in private practice as a counsellor. He is married to Trina, enjoys a good film, and plans to write a hopeful book in retirement.
