This is Network’s flagship course. Over two years we build the theoretical framework, practical skills and personal development needed to work as a professional counsellor. It is suited to students who have completed substantial Certificate level training. What makes this course different is its emphasis on the integration of faith, spirituality and counselling practice. In addition to covering the same ground that is covered by comparable humanistic and Person-Centred Diploma courses, this course will also give you the opportunity to develop your understanding of human spirituality and to explore the interface between your own developing spirituality and your practice.
As we run our own counselling agency, we are able to provide counselling placements to students. This may include subsidised supervision.

There will be a second round of applications to fill any remaining places later in the Spring. Closing date for these applications will be 9am on Tuesday 30 April, but it is possible that all places will be allocated prior to this date.
