Head of Membership Services, RegistrarGillian is the Head of Membership Services and Registrar at ACC. Alongside this she works as a professional counsellor at a local counselling agency. Gillian manages the office hub and is responsible for maintaining the integrity of the register that ACC holds with the Professional Standards Authority. She oversees the accreditation and practice review processes, alongside renewals of membership and membership applications.
Gillian particularly enjoys supporting members around issues of ethics or professional practice. She loves to engage with members and is always looking for ways to improve ACC’s service to them.
Outside of work, Gillian is kept busy with family and church activities and loves her regular trips home to Belfast. Good coffee, good chocolate and finding humour in the absurdity of life makes her happy.
